Benicia Breeze provides local bus service within the City of Benicia and a regional express service between Pleasant Hill BART Station, Martinez Amtrak Station and Vallejo Ferry Terminal via Benicia. Connections are available to The County Connection, WHEELS, Fairfield/Suisun Transit System, Vallejo Transit, Baylink Express, Baylink Ferry, BART, Amtrak California, Amtrak, Capitol Corridor, Tri Delta Transit, WestCAT and VINE.
Benicia Breeze Paratransit provides demand responsive ADA paratransit service with ¾ of a mile of Benicia Breeze routes.
Benicia Breeze Taxi Scrip Program provides seniors (age 65 and older) and persons with disabilities with taxi script to be used on Yellow Cab of Vallejo and Benicia and Vallejo/Benicia City Taxicab, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Benicia Breeze fixed-route buses are wheelchair accessible, have tie-downs for wheelchairs, and priority seating available for seniors and persons with disabilities.
