WestCAT is a service of the Western Contra Costa Transit Authority, which provides local, express, and regional transit service to the cities of Pinole and Hercules and the unincorporated communities of Montalvin Manor, Tara Hills, Bayview, Rodeo, Crockett, and Port Costa.
WestCAT operates 11 local fixed routes, 4 express routes to the El Cerrito del Norte BART station, curb-to-curb Dial-A-Ride service, ADA Paratransit service, special transportation outside the WestCAT service area for seniors and persons with disabilities traveling into the Richmond and San Pablo areas, regional service to Martinez and Contra Costa College, and express transbay service from Hercules to the San Francisco Transbay Terminal.
