Muni J, K, L, M, N, S, T not in service in subway- Weekdays before 5am;
- Saturday before 6am;
- Sunday/Holiday before 8am;
- Daily after 12:55am
There are a few early-morning and late-night trips shown in the J, K, L, M, N, S, and T schedules where subway service is not available to the riding public. For these trips, intending passengers may not board or alight in the subway, and passengers who are on the trip above ground must alight before the train enters the subway.

The Trip Planner may produce itineraries using these not-in-service trips. If so, you will need to choose an alternate itinerary.
Customers must have Proof of Payment for entire trip. Transfers/fare receipts are valid for 90 minutes.
