Welcome to Rio Vista Delta Breeze, the City of Rio Vista's regional transit system! Rio Vista Delta Breeze provides the following transit services for your convenience:
Rio Vista Delta Breeze deviated fixed route bus service within the City of Rio Vista and between Isleton, Rio Vista, Fairfield, Suisun City, Pittsburg/Bay Point BART Station and Antioch with connections to Lodi. The bus routes actually come to your door!
Rio Vista Delta Breeze Taxi Scrip Program, which provides door-to-door service for Rio Vista seniors and persons with disabilities in conjunction with Cab Ride. Cab Ride service is available by calling 707.631.9200 and operates seven days a week from 9:30 am to 2:30 am.
Transit services are provided Monday-Friday from 5:00 am to 7:00 pm. No service on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.

Transit Accessibility Services
All Rio Vista Delta Breeze buses are wheelchair accessible. We recommend that wheelchairs have a working brake system.
Not all bus stops are safe for deployment of the lift. If you have question about accessibility of a particular stop, please call.
As a courtesy to riders with mobility limitations, priority seating has been designated at the front of each bus. Your cooperation in yielding these seats to mobility-limited riders, the seniors and persons with disabilities is appreciated.
The bus operator will assist seniors and person with disabilities on boarding the bus or provide assistance to the door of the persons home, upon request.
